TOURNAMENT DETAILS

PRICES

  • DOUBLES: $55 per person, 2nd registration $40  per person 

  • DHHS students can register to participate for $40 per student.

SESSIONS

  • 8:00am - 11:00am - Women's Doubles

  • 11:30am - 2:30pm - Mixed Doubles

  • 3:00pm - 6:00pm - Men's Doubles

    ** Medals for the top 3 teams per category

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

  • Registration closes on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Only registered waitlist players will be allowed after this date.

  • No refunds 2 weeks before the close of registration (April 14, 2026). 

  • Rained out? Tournament will be postponed - Date TBD

PARKING

  • Carpool - We will have an area for pickleball parking near the tennis courts, but its first come first served and you should plan on having extra time to find a spot.

RULES

  • Check in for all games at the beginning. Arrive 30 minutes before the games start.

  • Set Partner Round Robin - Every team plays against each other. Winners will be determined by Win/Loss record first and then points.

  • 2-3 minutes to warm up at the start, coin toss to see who serves.

  • Win by 1, up to 11, no time-outs, switch at 6 points, call the ball out loud.

  • 2 balls per court, players must return both balls to the volunteer court manager.

  • Bring your own chair. No backpacks on the court, only water bottles.

  • Water and snacks are available.

  • Awards are delivered at the end of each session at the podium.
